Below are some of are common questions:
- Lingerie - Bodysuits - Nightwear -
- Hand-washing only with gentle cleanser
- use cool water during washing ( 30⁰ - 40⁰ )
-Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately
- Do not dry in direct sunlight
-Hang or lay flat to dry in shade
- avoid bleach and drying machine
- For white or light color bralettes, please wash them immediately after wearing because it's easy to get dark spots from sweat
- Silk -
-Soak silk in luke warm water for 3-5 minutes.
-Gently move the fabric during soaking from side to side. (Do not wring dry!)
-Rinse the fabric with cold water.
-Wrap silk in a dry towel to remove the remaining liquid.
-Silk should always be ironed from the backside. Don't iron silk too hot!

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS:
For underwear size, please use our size chart to determine your right size.
Bust - measure around the fullest part of your bust
Under bust - measure around your ribcage where your bra band sits
Waist - measure around your waist
Hips - measure around the fullest part of your seat.
This is usually a few inches below your hip bones.

Some products are carefully handcrafted and take 3-6 business days to complete. Add this time to the total shipping time to estimate when you will receive your item.
If you’re ordering from some country other than the Ukraine, there might be some import duties you might have to pay. Milomi is not responsible for reporting or paying any exclusive or international taxes. All prices on the website, as well as the total cost of your order, do not include any sales tax or customs duties.
The customer is fully responsible for any taxes and duties they might need to pay. Should any local taxes or duties apply to the parcel, the customer will need to pay them to release the package from customs. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable. And if the customer returns any items, Milomi does not refund any associated taxes and duties.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
-Please note that due to hygiene reasons We do not accept returns for underwear
(unless in a very rare case, the item arrives faulty/ have a defect)

Items should be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed. We will not be able to provide refund for items which are not in the original condition.
